The worst privatization is healthcare. No corporation should be able to profit on people’s illnesses. The justification is always, profit creates incentive for medical innovation; but the greatest medical innovation of the last century was antibiotics and Salk just gave it away. Nowadays, they charge as much as possible for medicine and only the wealthy get the medicine.

I was a whistleblower but didn’t know it. That’s the title to my 4 volume project of exposing the corruption at Philadelphia Suburban Water Company. In 1996 I began working there. They were in the business of expanding through acquisitions. The company became Aqua America. It is now Essential Utilities. I believe they are being bought by American Water now.
I document in detail the connection between the Public Utility Commission and Aqua America. The corruption in many aspects are well documented in my 4 volume journal.

The name changes show that essentially these corporate leaders are playing a shell game against the taxpaying public. They "dignify" --- in their eyes and into the ears of the brainwashed public -- this ripoff by saying it is the natural, divinely and always-fair action of a "free market."
Corporate fraud reflects a non-zero-sum game engineered by elites, which rapidly devolves into a destructive zero-sum dynamic for the broader system. When planetary-scale corporations maximize short-term extraction, wealth is not created but systematically transferred from compliant actors who follow the rules. I think Mussolini openly called fascism a corporatism. Fascism means money and oligarchs above all but media and movies have twisted the meaning by always associating it with military regimes like Hitler. He wasn't fascist because he was dictator but because he was serving the special interest of a few rich. He didn't wage war against different minorities because of a belive of a superior race, he wage war against any idea of real socialism or communism in Europe. Same game played for 2000 years.
